		<description>I would tend to agree based on the high overhead and cost per acquisition for the typical settlement sales effort.
The inherent problem is the attempt to mass market and &quot;sell&quot; settlement services in the first place.

Mass marketing of debt settlement due to costs and the suitability of the consumers (when honestly assessed) who respond  to the marketing effort is, and likely always was, doomed from the start.</description>
