		<description>Wow! I never thought of the fact that with the interest pegged on the prime rate, it could possibly be higher than our rates were before the act! 

But at least it will cut down on deceptive practices. Nothing worse than signing up for a credit card and the second you activate it you have $150 yearly charge already on it, before you spend a penny. Where the hell did it say that where I signed up?</description>
